Shipping Options:

We ship via Canada Post Expedited Parcel within Canada, which includes tracking and insurance and takes 1-6 business days depending on the destination. Our flat rates are LOWER than actual shipping rates for all destinations.

• Within BC, Canada Post Expedited Parcel, flat rate - $7.50
• Within Canada (outside BC), Canada Post Expedited Parcel, flat rate - $10.25
• To the U.S.*, Canada Post small package air, or Expedited Parcel (depending on weight of package) flat rate - $13.75

*Buyer is responsible for any additional customs fees and charges.

Local Club Members - we are pleased to extend additional shipping options to you! If you regularly attend classes or crops and wish to pick up your kit each month, please select the "free pick-up" option. It will be your responsibility to make pick up arrangements each month - No Charge

Frequently Asked Questions

When does my subscription start?
Whenever possible your subscription will start with the current month's kit. In this case you will be billed when you subscribe and your kit will ship within 2 to 3 business days. If the current month's kit is out of stock, your subscription will start with the next month's kit. In this case you will be billed for your first kit on or about the 4th of the upcoming month, and every month thereafter.

When will I be billed?
If you provided your credit card info at the time of registration, you'll be billed on or about the 3rd of each month. If you've chosen a monthly subscription through PayPal, you'll be billed each month on the anniversary date of the day you subscribed. PayPal payments are always in advance, so your automatic payment will apply to the upcoming kit. Once your subscription terms ends you will receive a reminder, and several subscription renewal options. After completing a 6 month commitment, you have the option to switch "month to month" with no obligation. You may skip or cancel at any time. Remaining on a month-to-month subscription means you continue to receive the Sneak Peeks, are guaranteed a kit each month, have the option to skip a kit anytime, and still receive the subscription price.

When do you ship kits?
Kits will ship by 10th of each month, or sooner whenever possible. You will be notified of the estimated shipping date each month in the Sneak Peek email. You will receive a Sneak Peek email about a week before each kit is released. The email will let you know on which date kits will be ready for pick up and/or shipping. If you are picking up your kits, please email or call to set a time and date.

What if I don't like the kit?
You have the option to skip a kit. Each kit is designed with versatility in mind, so unless you're absolutely positive that you won't use it, we encourage you to take the kit, and embrace the challenge of stepping outside your creative boundaries! However, if you absolutely know you won't use a kit, you can opt to skip a kit and extend your subscription by an additional month. 3-month subscribers may skip 1 kit during their term, and 6-month subscribers can skip up to 2 kits during their term. Members who have completed their initial subscription term and continue to receive kits on a month to month basis may opt to skip a kit at any time. Please notify us by email on or before the 1st of the month. Once a kit has been billed an shipped, payment is non-refundable. If upon receipt you change your mind, please let us know. Returned kits will receive credit toward a future kit purchase.

Can I add to my order?
With your Sneak Peek email you will receive notices about extra & add-on items to coordinate with your monthly kit. These items are optional and meant to enhance your kit and 'stretch' it a little farther. Extras are available in limited quantities. Your order will be included with your next kit shipment at no additional charge for shipping.

Payment options:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. On the "Join The Club" page, you'll be prompted to choose your subscription term and shipping method and your transaction will be completed via PayPal. (It's fast, simple & secure. No PayPal account required.) Not comfortable with sending payment information online? No problem! Just send an email with your contact info and we will gladly call you at your convenience to set up your subscription and take your credit card payment by phone. Or call us at 604-466-0313.

Local Club Members - if you're in the neighbourhood or you regularly attend crops and wish to pick up your kit each month, please select the "free pick-up" option. It will be your responsibility to make pick up arrangements each month - No Charge

Currently we ship to Canada and the USA. We do not ship internationally. Please email us for more information.

Kits will ship by 10th of each month, or sooner whenever possible. This allows time for processing payments and careful packing of each kit. This also includes packing additional product orders into kit boxes.

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if your kit contents are damaged, defective, missing or otherwise don't match the product description or meet your standards. We want you to be thrilled with your order every time. If a kit arrives completely unsalvageable, we do require that you return the damaged kit, and when you contact us we will provide you with "return to sender" shipping instructions. A replacement will be mailed to you. If we cannot replace the kit due to it being sold out, then you will receive the next month's kit FREE. (since we began shipping kits, we have not experienced a single lost or damaged kit!)

Referral Program

Membership has its rewards! Word-of-mouth and excited testimonials are how most people hear about The Memory Workshop Scrapbook Kits. And we thank you for that! Beginning May 2007, when a new member tells us that YOU referred them to the Club, you will receive a FREE bonus cardstock kit to go with your next monthly kit. Refer 2 or more friends in one month, and you'll automatically receive an additional coordinating item that month.

In order for this program to work effectively, please be sure to have your friends tell us who referred them when they subscribe. You must be a current member of the Page Builders Club to qualify for the referral gift(s).
